August 31st we rode with Rich Wolf and Ina Thompson - who are visiting from LaJolla over Labor Day Weekend - up through Copper Mountain Village and on up to Vail Pass
Today, August 28th we rode with Burton and Judy Gregg and took these photos of them and their new bike.
Today, August 23rd, we rode over to the campground between Frisco and Dillon where Burton and Judy will be camped for a week. They arrived safely and we left them to
get settled and hope to ride with them tomorrow.
Then we rode with Jim and Joanna into Frisco for an early lunch and we decided to take advantage of the
bright sunny day to ride up to Vail Pass for the first time this season
Today, August 22nd we rode from Breckenridge to Dillon with Jim and Joanna and stopped on the way back in Frisco to take some photos.
We made a quick 1 week trip back to Jenks and then arrived back in Breckenridge on August 17th
We have done two tandem rides with Jim and Joanna Gregg but took no photos
Then today, Sunday, August 20th, Jim and Dennis rode their singles and Joanna and I did a hike up Mount Royal which is from a trailhead right off the bike trail near where it passes 2nd Street in Frisco. It was a 4. 42 mile hike from 9145 elevation to 10534 elevation at an average of 2 mph. A good hard workout but the views were awesome!
